Membership is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and is non-transferable. Limit one (1) membership per individual. Membership benefits are valid for dine-in service only at Aroma Thyme Bistro. Limit one (1) bottle redemption per visit. Benefits apply only to designated Wine Club selections of 750ml bottles with a maximum retail value of $100 per bottle prior to discount. All bottles must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of purchase; any unused benefits will expire and are forfeited (“use it or lose it”) without refund, credit, or extension. To qualify for the complimentary Prosecco, all eligible bottles must be redeemed within six (6) months of purchase. The bonus bottle has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be consumed or redeemed on premises.

In accordance with New York State Alcoholic Beverage Control Law and New York State Liquor Authority (NYSLA) regulations, unopened bottles of wine may not be sold for off-premises consumption. However, patrons may remove a partially consumed bottle of wine from the premises, provided that at least one (1) glass has been consumed on-site and the bottle is securely re-corked or re-sealed by the establishment in compliance with applicable law. Must be 21 years of age to consumer alcohol in NY.  Always drink responsible. 

Membership benefits may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, special events, or third-party offers unless explicitly permitted by management. No substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents will be provided. Lost, stolen, or unused benefits will not be replaced. Aroma Thyme Bistro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Wine Club program or its terms at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Aroma Thyme Bistro management reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
